Refund Policy

All Early Advantage products are digital downloads, delivered immediately after purchase.

Under UK consumer law, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to digital content once the download has begun, and by completing your purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this right is waived at that point.

If you experience any problem with your download, a corrupted file, a failed delivery, or being charged without receiving the product, contact us at sam@earlyadvantage.co.uk and we will put it right promptly.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, email us within 14 days. We would rather hear about it than not.
